AROMA
This wine has lovely dense aromas of fresh plums and red berry fruits. These attractive fruit aromas are complemented by
the smoky oak characters picked up during barrel maturation.
PALATE
The gorgeous sweet raspberry and red plum fruit flavours are balanced by the attractive and slightly chewy tannins, giving the wine good length and depth. The wine has good structure and
is very well balanced.
CELLARING
With its abundance of fruit characters, this wine is approachable now and would be well matched with any lamb or beef dish. It also has the structure to handle some bottle age and should continue to drink well until ~2012.
