Tasting Note
Pale yellow in colour, with lovely stoned fruits and honeydew melon on the nose. The palate is soft with hints of new oak and
some malo but is tight yet rich on the palate with a great clean acid finish.
Wood Treatment
50% has spent six months in new French oak and the balance in Stainless steel..
Vintage
Lovely warm ripening year with an extended Indian summer lengthening the growing period into cooler nights. This allowed
for greater development of the structural elements of the wine giving great acid and high notes of honeydew melon and
stoned fruits.
Cellaring
Drink now and for next 2-4 years
