Intense aromas of freshly cut hay, lemon grass, lemon sorbet with a subtle musk floral
background. The palate is fresh with lovely herbaceous characters leading the way,
with some clean lemon zest providing some length. The palate is crisp and clean, full
of freshly cut pineapple and lemon grass, with a nice clean acid keeping the finish
crisp and dry.
