Nose - Very ripe black currant, blueberry and black olive fruit with ‘coffee grinds’ oak character. There are cedar and violets evident within a short time in the glass.
Palate – blackberry and sweet oak flavours spill onto the palate giving this wine a plump satiny character. The flavours are very persistent with toasty oak and typical cabernet cassis
