The hero variety of the region, Woodstock Shiraz is sourced entirelyfrom estate grown fruit. Being a very vigorous red variety, the key isto manage our Shiraz leaf canopies carefully to ensure the best fromour Shiraz vines. This Shiraz has a deep vibrant cerise colour with purple hues. The nose displays savoury oak and dark cherries with hints of nutmeg on the finish. On the palate, there is an explosion of mulberries and spice, complemented by youthful tannins and a firm acid structure, which will ensure this classic McLaren Vale Shiraz ages gracefully in the years to come.
