The complex wine is a blend of fruit from our selected regional and Cliff Edge vineyards, where a unique 28 acre net soars over this special parcel of grapes protecting them from the elements of this ancient land. This complex blend of our best vineyard sites offers boysenberry, dark plum and spice characters, framed by bold tannic structure and a long, complex finish. It has a dark plum red with dense purple rim and plum, dark berry fruits and hints of mocha/roasted coffee with background savoury / spice characters. Dark and deeply complex fruits with mixed spice. The palate shows excellent fine grained tannins supporting dark blue and black berry fruit characters with underlying spice and savoury complexity. Length of palate and flavour is supported by subtle acidity.
