This Shiraz is deep crimson and full bodied, with concentrated plummy fruit flavours balanced by well integrated oak and soft tannins. These flavours call for red meat dished such as grilled steak or oven roasted rare beef.

- The grapes of the Buller Classic Shiraz were sourced from Bullers Swan Hill Vineyards. Buller Wines has remained a family business since its establishment in 1921. Today the founder`s grandsons Richard and Andrew are both the managers and winemakers for the company. The company is famous for wine of distinctive character and full flavour. -
